Hi All As an auction newbie, just wondered how literally to take the info given to allow 10 days for processing and shipping, and that credit cards are done first. I won an item that will be quite large, so should I ping Regency after I haven't heard from them in another week or month or what? Do they ship registered mail? I'm seeking guidance on what is reasonable and what I should be expecting. Thanks Alex

My items from Regency arrived on Friday. Granted, they were just photos and nothing sizable in 3 dimensions...so they were probably the easiest items to process and send out.

My package arrived today in Germany and there were some bulk items - RegencySuperior usually has a great shipping service and speed going from my own experiences - or maybe they just like me.

I received my covers on Friday. They were sent by USPS certified mail so I had to go to the post office to sign for them. They were packed very well. Regency-Superior is a class operation, and I recommend them.
