Canadian Space Agency probes mission to Mars

Canada's Space Agency has announced an initiative to research the possibility of an all-Canadian probe of the mysterious red planet.

The CSA says it will award six-month study contracts worth up to $250,000 for the development of technologies that would enable a mission to Mars -- either by landing or from orbit.
