Roscosmos announced the crew members:
In 2022, Roscosmos cosmonauts Oleg Artemyev, Denis Matveyev and Sergey Korsakov were confirmed as the 67th long-term expedition crew and Sergey Prokopiev, Anna Kikina and Dmitry Petelin as their backups.

I presume there's a good chance one or two of the cosmonauts currently assigned to Soyuz MS-21 (and 22 and 23) will wind up on Dragon or Starliner launches, and NASA astronauts will launch on Soyuz in their place.

Roscosmos has sent mixed messages about bartering seats. Publicly, it has said it no longer has an intention of flying cosmonauts on U.S. commercial crew vehicles. Internally, it has identified at least one cosmonaut for a potential flight on Dragon.

NASA says an agreement is still in the works.

Until another announcement, the Soyuz crews are as assigned.

Roscosmos video of docking and crew arrival:

There have been some questions raised about the choice of yellow and blue for the crew's jumpsuits, considering the colors are the same for Ukraine's flag. To me, it seems like it could be a nod to the crew's alma mater, as they did with their patch.

I am surprised that this did not ring any alarm bells in Russia even if it is not related to Ukraine. The appearance is startling to say the least.

Yes, the color scheme appears to be a coincidence resulting from the crest of Bauman University but it is doubly ironic that their mission patch also includes an image of Sergei Korolev — who was born in Ukraine!

Not a coincidence if you ask me.

The possibilities of being alma mater colors or of there being a lot of yellow fabric available is just plausible deniability.

Cheers to those three brave cosmonauts.

There is another possibility. The cosmonauts might actually be wearing flight suits in the Ukrainian colors. If everything had gone according to Putin’s original plan his “special military operation” would be over by now and they might have been doing it in honor of new Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.

I find it difficult to believe three cosmonauts have gone rogue with this obvious political statement.

The Russian space program is so stage managed it was probably easier to just pretend it’s all a coincidence? I hope we get to find out the truth behind this odd event...

As pointed out by Jonathan McDowell on Twitter, Oleg Artymyev wore a similar yellow and blue suit in 2015.

This was definitely an “own goal” in the social media age. I’ve seen this story reported everywhere today, and now people with no knowledge of spaceflight think the crew were making some type of anti-war statement...

Whatever the truth, perhaps it’s a good sign that the FSB (KGB) isn’t calling the shots inside the space program. If it could have, it would have told the cosmonauts not to wear yellow and blue!

As far as the the yellow flight suits, I think the folks that wore them had no I had no idea that people will perceive that as having anything to do with Ukraine, because they chose those because all three of them happen to be associated with the same university and those are the school colors for that.

I think they were kind of blindsided by [the reaction on Earth].

Not to mention the fact as it's been pointed out, that Artemyev wore the same yellow suit during his mission in 2014.
