During the video showing the STS-121 crew and the ISS crew sharing a meal, it looked like there was a picture on the wall above the hatch of a man in a milatary uniform. From a distance, it looked like a Russian uniform. Since the crew appeared to be in either the Zarya or Zvezda module, my guess is that it is Yuri Gagarin in the picture. Did anyone else notice this, or know who it is?

Yes, you are correct. "Yuri" has been a fixture aboard Russian spacecraft for a long time.
