It turns out NASA has a detailed set of written procedures for dealing with a suicidal or psychotic astronaut in space. Apart from using duct tape and bungee cords to restrain the individual, what else was recommended? Does anyone know either the document number or where it can be found?

The International Space Station (ISS) Integrated Medical Group (IMG) Medical Checklist (20mb) includes sections titled "Behavioral - Acute Pyschosis - Emergency" and "Beahvioral - Suicidal - Emergency" detailing the procedures station crew members are to follow.
