Hello,
I'm been attempting to contact Mark Gray for some time without success. Then recently I saw a posting that he did not attend the Spacefest as scheduled. Is he caught up in the Ohio flooding?? (Although my initial attemps at contact began prior to the rains).
Mark - if you're out there, my apologies for tracking you down this way, but I would like to follow up with you on several items.

Greetings.....Mark is fine, just very busy after his move to Ohio and getting things up and running again. He is hoping to make the show in Cleveland next month.

I am fine, but this has been more intensive than I expected, and taken longer to get everything back up to speed.

I am in Columbus, OH now. Email is back up, our new fulfillment folks are now shipping (although there are a few pieces of inventory they haven't received yet) and we're getting back to normal. I do still owe a lot of people a lot of email responses and answers... and I'll be working through those.

Thanks for the thoughts. We got a lot of rain last week but no flooding here. Today was the first day the whole new system worked end-to-end, although as I said there is still some inventory that is in transit to Olean, NY (the new fulfillment folks)...

I am going to look at the stuff on the Cleveland meeting tomorrow and make a decision. I have to be back in Charlotte on the weekend of 9/8, and if there is still space I may still try and make Cleveland.
