I echo the above Kim - I've not long got back from a long period away from home and found the news on your treatment waiting here for me - take care and best wishes.

And thanks for the disaster recovery parcel that was waiting in my PO Box as well - very much appreciated!

Just wanted to add my good luck sentiments Kim..actually, I think the real reason you are in China is to sign up some Chinese astronauts for Spacefest!
Hope all goes OK!

As a side note, if Kim signs his posts "Kim Poor in China" for much longer, people really will start thinking he's Chinese! (Kim - I hope the treatment is going well for you and hope you will be feeling better soon because of it!)

Kim-

I too thought you were in China because of Mike Griffins visit. I hope this finds you well and if not, better than you were.

You are a credit to our hobby and a true gentleman. I wish you the best.

Thanks for all the kind wishes, folks, kind of chokes me up.

Ed, I may be turning Chinese soon, with 10,000,000 Chinese stem cells each injection. Already I have a strange craving for Chicken feet, and roasted German Pig Knuckles. (I wonder how they know they're German pigs?)

Hey, Kim.
Regards and all the prayers and good wishes from your "hometown" area of Walkerton and Plymouth.
I don't know if it took more courage for you to go to China or to do the Blog.....I did not know what this was all about till our host put this up for you/us and a link to the "background". Absolutely fascinating !

Best Wishes for a successful and safe trip home....

we all are looking foreward to have you back among us - and don't worry about the German pig , they probably copied it, too, last time they went to copy a couple machines over here.

All the best

I have heard the Chinese like fortune cookies. They call them "American Fortune Cookies" because, to them, it's an American thing (not a Chinese thing).

hey, Kim,

Try what my daughter does with those chop sticks, just stab things. Maybe we could start a diet craze here, garenteed to loose weight, you can eat whatever you like, (even choc. cake !) but you must eat it with chop sticks.

Hang tough !

"Kim Rich in Tucson" is quite correct....he is RICH in having so many friends here on collectSPACE.

You all are the GREATEST...your notes of prayers and etc. are truly inspirational, just as is Kim's blog.

I feel fortunate getting to read both !

Hello everyone, Sally here. Kim and I have been reading the posts and are overwhelmed by the good wishes and prayers. It will be good to get back home and back to business. We've been treated very well here, but as you all well know, there's no place like home! Thank you for the care and concern. It is very much appreciated.
