Just wanted to add my good luck sentiments Kim..actually, I think the real reason you are in China is to sign up some Chinese astronauts for Spacefest! Hope all goes OK! |

Thanks for all the kind wishes, folks, kind of chokes me up.Ed, I may be turning Chinese soon, with 10,000,000 Chinese stem cells each injection. Already I have a strange craving for Chicken feet, and roasted German Pig Knuckles. (I wonder how they know they're German pigs?) Kim in China |

I have heard the Chinese like fortune cookies. They call them "American Fortune Cookies" because, to them, it's an American thing (not a Chinese thing). |

hey, Kim,Try what my daughter does with those chop sticks, just stab things. Maybe we could start a diet craze here, garenteed to loose weight, you can eat whatever you like, (even choc. cake !) but you must eat it with chop sticks. Hang tough ! Clifford. |

Hello everyone, Sally here. Kim and I have been reading the posts and are overwhelmed by the good wishes and prayers. It will be good to get back home and back to business. We've been treated very well here, but as you all well know, there's no place like home! Thank you for the care and concern. It is very much appreciated.[Edited by Novaspace (October 08, 2006).] |
