I was pleased to note today that I received my winning lots today from Aurora -- well packed and delivered as promised. Even got a UPS email notification last week about when it was coming. A marked improvement over my experience last time. Good job, Vicki and Michael.

I am still waiting. On November 21st I called to check on the status of my item and was informed by Maureen that it would be shipping "...either tomorrow or Monday the 25th." I have yet to see it.

Anyone else out there still eagerly looking for a package every time they drive home?

Hi

I haven't received my parcels yet, but I do know they are on the way as I've received the tracking nos and they are in Orlando and I'm really hoping that they make it the 30 miles west to where I'm currently staying tomorrow as I'm going to the Apollo 17 astronaut encounter at KSC on Friday.

I can't comment on standard handling as I've been kinda awkward by asking for the delivery to be delayed until I was in the US to receive it (also by having it delivered to a US address even though I live in the UK and that's the billing address of my credit card, I'd hate to imagine the tax and fee bill I'd receive if I had them sent home). I have to say that they've been very friendly and helpful and in particular Maureen who's been handling all my queries.

Val
