I just wanted to drop a note regarding the Gene Cernan booksigning at Novaspace.

It was the first time I had the chance to meet Gene and found him to be very engaging. A real interesting and straightforward honest gentleman. (I loved the facial expression and response he had when I asked how the fendor broke off the LRV!) Plus, he took the liberty to start up conversations with individual members of the group.

This was a first class sighting, plus I had the chance to meet several list members.

Finally, Kim was kind enough to share some of his new Gene Cernan signed images. The LM Ascent and Taurus Littrow pics were my favorites. You just have to see the LM Ascent pic to appreciate the subtle colors that accent the picture. Kim also handed out some flyers which displayed new options for framing. I think anybody who sees them will be impressed.

It was a great time, and everyone there enjoyed it. Thanks to Kim for the opportunity.
