Very interesting article in the July issue of Air & Space Magazine entitled "The Goodbye Guys" about the Shuttle closeout crew. A sidebar was a listing of items carried by shuttle crews during launch. Among the items listed was a "G-Shock Watch". I know these are made by Casio; my daughter has one. Anyone out there know if there is a particular model G-Shock worn by the shuttle astronauts? Thanks for the help and for those in USA, enjoy the 4th.Steven |

Watch (no pun intended) the next issue of Ad Astra (the magazine of the National Space Society) for an article about astronauts' watches. Not sure about which G-Shock is wore, but add to that list the Timex IronMan too. | |
