With all of the secracy surrounding the actual launch time for Thursday's liftoff, it is interesting to note that Spaceflight Now has had engine ignition set at 5:15:53 EST since at least yesterday.

As is probably now old news -- Spaceflight Now was incorrect. The optimal time for tomorrow's launch attempt is 5:13pm.
From the NASA release:
"The planar launch window extends from 5:07:52 - 5:17:50 p.m. EST with the preferred launch time for a flight day three rendezvous beginning at 5:12:51 p.m. The launch window times will be updated to coincide with the latest orbital position of the Space Station and will be announced at the T-9 minute hold."
