Since writing has always been my best way to pass time, I am working on a novel that is basically the autobiography of a fictional astronaut. It is the story of how he came to love the space program, how he committed his life to achieving this goal and finally reaches his dream. It is just being started but I like to at least have a working title. I am posting my ideas here and am open to suggestions other than my own.1. An Astronaut's Journey (Kind of plain) 2. Launch Commit (a "space term" and also a play on the fact that he was "committed" to achieving his goal of going into space.) 3.To Houston: An Astronaut's Quest 4. Per Aspera! (to the Stars!) |

FYI I had this under my OTHER name. I registered it to keep my names the same, as I use the other on a different site, but I like this one better and no one knows me under the other one, so I changed it, for those of you who think this post looks familiar. |

Not to get too picky but I am sure this may come up again, your latin vocab for Per Aspera. Ad Astra would be the correct words which mean To the Stars. Per Aspera is the second half of the phrase "Ad Astra Per Aspera" and means through difficulties. Hope this Helps, Andrew |

Hope that correction helps. I take latin @ my highschool and I know my Teacher would be knocking the book for the mistake no matter how well written the book. Good Luck With Your Work, Andrew |

As another alternative "The Reality of Tomorrow," taking the conclusion of Robert Goddard's statement. |

I like it. Do you remember the first half of that. Wasn't it something to the effect of the dreams of today are the realities of tomorrow. I really like that one. Thanks!! |
