BMckay Member Posts: 3218 From: MA, USA Registered: Sep 2002 posted 07-02-2003 09:23 AM                In 1958, Eisenhower set up that the space program neds to be run by civillians. What if the military had run the space program for the last 45 years? Would it be better? Worse? Would we have gone to the moon? To Mars? Kept the MOL? Lots of what ifs.
