Excuse another simple question from a newcomer, but what is the best way for those of us in the UK to obtain a response from NASA-JSC? should I provide SAEs or what?

Excuse a basic question from a newcomer but what is the best way for those of us in the UK to obtain lithographs from NASA-JSC?

Should I sent a SEA? Other payment? Should I just ask for a couple of specific prints or would they send a set of the latest group if I asked?

thanks

They prefer that you fax what you want to them. It is a government operation, so you do not need to send any payment for postage. You can call the JSC PAO and they will process a request, it takes longer. It generally takes a week or two here in the US to receive a package from them. Might take a little longer to cross the pond.

Thanks for your responses. I mailed JSC and requested lithographs of the group 18 astronauts about three weeks ago and a full set arrived today.

Congratulations are also in order for the Public Relations office at JSC who responded to my request so promptly and shipped it so securely that it made it over to the UK in perfect condition,

All times are CT (US)
