This thought has been tumbling in my head for a couple of days and I thought I would throw it out here to see what kind of reaction it got.

Has anyone thought of creating a legally recognised organisation where yearly dues are paid and its members must follow a strict code of conduct for space collectors? It could be called something like the "International Association of Space Collectors".

Who knows what good things could come out of this?

Just a thought. I get those from time to time.
