Help! I ought to know the answer but I'm having a senior moment: Which of the 'moonwalkers' went "dum-te-dum-te-dum" as he moved across the lunar surface?

Charlie Duke springs to mind. Or Pete Conrad. But who was it?

There is a video of Cernan and Schmitt (possibly on YouTube) singing "I was strolling on the Moon one day..." where someone has obviously edited the sound track because you can hear Pete Conrad's 'Dum-de-dum-dum-dum' followed by Charlie Duke (can't mistake that Carolina accent) saying "I like to skip along..."

Not singing on the moon, but I came across this recently:

The "John Glenn Twist" by Rio de Francisco, c 1962.

Anyone heard of it?

All times are CT (US)
