What ever happended to the ATDA launched in support of Gemini IX-A? It could not be used due to the failure of the cone shroud to jettison completely. Is it still in earth orbit?

From Jonathan's space report web site, http://www.planet4589.org/jsr.html

I found this file: http://planet4589.org/space/log/satcat.txt

It appears that the ATDA's orbit decayed, and it burned up on July 11, 1966. It was on orbit for 41 days approximately.

Yea, all of the Agenas used during Gemini burned up within a couple years of the missions.

That is SO bizarre! I mean I had no idea that is came down 40 years TO THE DAY of my post. I had just been rereading some stuff about Gemini IX-A and got to thinking about the ATDA that could not be used and what ever happened to it. Weird.
