First time I have seen a LM tie bar with the LM in the middle. Hoping that TV-1 and TV-2 refer to LLTVs Training Vehicle 1 and Training Vehicle 2.

Sorry, I have no idea what the TV stands for (although I wonder if there is any significance in the TV2 being to the left, i.e. read before TV1), but it is an extremely attractive enamel and metal pin which I'd have no hesitation in adding to my very small enamel badge collection.

In Aerospace TV is usually used for Thermal Vacuum as in Thermal Vacuum Test. Perhaps this LM Tie Bar is commemorating the Thermal Vacuum Tests conducted on Lunar Module LTA-8.

For the Lunar Lander there were Lunar Lander Research Vehicles (LLRV) followed by Lunar Lander Test Vehicles (LLTV). So David's thought is TV is for "Test Vehicle" as NASA used that designation for multiple missions (e.g. Vanguard TV 3 for Vanguard Test Vehicle - 3 or Vanguard TV-3).
Though there were two LLRVs and three LLTVs.

According to the seller these are from Glennon Kingsley's estate. Believe the engraving stands either for the 2TV-1 or the LTA-8 test.
