Are there any out there in private hands? I am thinking of the ones used in training. Any information would be appreciated.
rgarner Member Posts: 1193 From: Shepperton, United Kingdom Registered: Mar 2012	posted 10-06-2017 05:19 PM As far as I know, there hasn't been a complete PLSS for sale. But there is a section on PLSS flown components here. There was also a mockup PLSS cover sold at Heritage in 2011.

Ken Havekotte Member Posts: 2914 From: Merritt Island, Florida, Brevard Registered: Mar 2001	posted 10-17-2017 10:03 AM Also, Chuck, there have been a number of flown/used PLSS backpack straps, I think, at least from 3-4 moonwalkers that have come to auction along with some private sales of them. I had a couple of them — for many years in my own collections — that had been used on the lunar surface.
