I have a company that is a wholesale manufacturer of custom window coverings. One of my favorite products involves our unique ability to actually print onto shade material. We have created some really awesome products.
With this in mind, I am looking to set about creating an online retail store dedicated to creating any shade using artwork from varying artists from around the country.
Since I do not have those artists as of yet, I thought I might start off offering something I am passionate about — shades featuring historical NASA imagery. Here is an example. A couple of years ago, I reached out to Alan Bean. He approved and was happy with the product.
We never moved forward since I need many more artists. However, there is a vast amount of royalty free images from NASA. This specific genre could get me started and then add artists. Thoughts? Thanks, — Ed

I'd be interested, depending on the images offered.
Would print on demand be a possibility or would you only print/stock specific images from the NASA libraries?

We already print on demand. So yes.
But I really need a library... and I am hoping this NASA collection would be a great launch pad.
