I would like your opinion on this Virgil Grissom signed letter. The "I" in his middle initial seems different from other examples on this type of document.Many thanks to one and all. |

Looks fine in my opinion. There are secretary signed Grissom photos and letters, but this is not one of them. |

Thank you very much for your valued opinion on this. I've been trying to get a Grissom signed check for some time, but have not had any luck. This looked interesting so, before posting this thread, I read your opus on Grissom's signature; and, based on that article, I felt comfortable about the signature on this letter except for the middle initial which looked slightly different from other examples, but your reply has eradicated my concerns. Once again, sincerest thanks. |

Well, it certainly was a bargain compared to the signed, typed Grissom letter and check also on ebay, each for ten times the price! |

Agree. While it is undoubtedly authentic and certainly a nice item, it is a surprising result for a generic form letter with foxing spots and deep folds. |
