I was shopping on eBay and came across this listing for Lunar Property Deeds. Doesn't this go against truth in advertising and against eBay policy?

Well the description says you are not really buying land on the Moon, it is for wall art. A sucker and his money...

Other types of "Moon Deeds" were produced throughout the Apollo program, however, this one in particular appears to be a recent issue from last year.
The lunar property deeds from the early 1970's were mostly produced as fun space-related souvenirs of our nation's Apollo lunar landing program. They had no real or official property claim status of lunar territories.
