Maybe I'm missing something but isn't this an autopen?
Does it look like the seller took a PSA auction house LOA and simply combined it with an autopen photo rather than the true authenticated version? Like a bait and switch?

I also believe the signature to be an autopen. It matches a known autopen listed here. And I also agree that the COA may not be affiliated with the piece offered for sale.

Hard to believe that PSA can't at least recognize an autopen... oh, wait... it's NOT all that hard to believe!
It was a PSA "quick opinion", but still...

It would not surprise me at all if PSA gave that exact photo the thumbs up.
A few years ago in a Mastronet auction, I saw a Mercury 7 photo signed by the astronauts that had a PSA/DNA certificate, and it actually pictured the signed photo on it. Problem was, the Shepard was a "spiked P" secretarial.
