It looks suspicious to me.

I haven't seen two different lower case "T" letters like here ("M" style and "W" style) in one word (the second word "Агентству"). Usually Gagarin used the second one. If there was no room for it he used the "T" style (see the Gagarin's note in the Smithsonian Air and Space museum).

Please advise.

Hi Lev, good eye. In my opinion, this would be an item to avoid. There are other issues besides those that you mention.
