eBay item number 120920443660 says it has the initials of both Ron Evans and Harrison Schmidt in the patch. I've never heard of a double initialed patch before.

I don't see this on crewpatches.com either. Does anyone know if this is authentic?

The listing in question is a bit ambiguous but I think it is for 2 patches rather than 1.

Yes, this lot is for two single Apollo 17 initialed patches. The 'HS' patch is in it's original plastic package, and the 'RE' patch is without.
