A couple of years ago, I came across an item I'd never seen before in a second-hand bookstore in San Francisco. It's approximately 26 pages of Apollo 11 transcript enclosed in a green hardbound document folder with the words "First Steps on Moon" on the folder's spine. The transcript, communications between Houston, Eagle, and Columbia, begins at 20:34 CDT (when Armstrong and Aldrin are suiting up) and ends rather abruptly at 22:31 CDT (during the EVA). Anyone ever seen this before? |

It appears from both of the postings that many copies of these were made. I just sold about 160 pages of Apollo 9 Transcripts, which was a vintage item for only $15.76. Here's that link. |

I also saw one of these at Half Price Books in Austin (North Lamar location) a few months ago. |

Based off the name “Half Price Books”, I’m guessing they weren’t asking $1,475.00 like the eBay listing. |

Hardly. It was in the "Collectible Books" area and was about $100. |
