In my high school in Soenderborg, Denmark (I'm a teacher there) we have a frame holding a presentation of various pictures and flown crew patch and flown US flag from the STS-54 mission. The presentation is signed by Greg Harbaugh and was given to the school when he visited us some time in the 90's.I'm curious as to what this might be worth? I might be able to persuade the boss to reframe it (the old one is broken!) and perhaps hang it in a nicer spot... Thanks ------------------ http://spacemodels.homepage.dk |

Presentations such as you describe are comprised of patches and flags that were flown in the mission's Official Flight Kit. Similar framed sets from other missions have sold for $250 to $450 at auction, depending on the style of the montage and the venue through which it was offered. The market however, is a poor indicator for the value of the presentation to the school. I would encourage its placement in an area that can draw the attention of students, as it might just serve as an initial source of inspiration for a greater interest in space exploration. |

Thanks Robert. You can trust me that I am proud of having this presentation at my work place and I agree with you on where/how to display it. Thanks!------------------ http://spacemodels.dk | |
