Any opinions on the authenticity of this eBay item "Apollo 14 Flown Lunar Surface Safety Line"?

I know the general history of snippets of the safety line being given away to NASA staff, but I haven't seen pictures of the presentation. Can anyone verify that this looks authentic?

Yes, it looks o.k to me. I have seen these before and it looks authentic and currently at a good price ($400).

I own one of the Apollo 14 cards and the ebay item is a dead-on match. The presentations originally included a letter addressed to the recipient. It wouldn't hurt to ask the seller if they have that as well.
