This isn't my autograph, but a friend of mine was wondering what others thoughts would be on the authenticity of this signature. |

Who's it supposed to be again? It's not Neil Armstrong the astronaut's signature, that's for sure. |

When asking for opinions of autographs, it's always a good idea to include a photo or two of the entire item that is signed, as well as providing any information regarding when and where it was signed, chain of ownership, etc. |

- The felt tip ink looks too strong and new to have been signed during Neil's signing period (ending early 90's)
- In the authentic or authenticated Armstrong signatures the 'eil' in Neil always connect with a constient baseline.
- Armstrong's loop that runs underneath his name is usually flat on the top end not oval like this example.

Alright thanks everyone for your replies. I am not in possession of this autograph, it is simply a piece a friend and I found online. I didn't think it was authentic but my friend wanted to see what a more experienced eye might have to say. |
