These were all pre-flight signed while the crews were in quarantine just before the flight in crew quarters. Many of these would later become the astronaut insurance covers but these were never retained by an astronaut.

These covers, that span over Apollo 7 through Apollo 17, include the full crew signatures of every astronaut on each mission, including Apollo 11 crew signed type 2 insurance cover, Ken Mattingly and Jack Swigert on the Apollo 13 cover. The only astronaut that is not included is Harrison Shcmitt of Apollo 17 who refused to sign any covers after the Apollo 15 cover incident.

These covers are all in pristine condition and include a COA from Space Specialist Ken Havekotte along with additional stories, online posts and information of the covers.
