For sale is an official SpaceX Falcon Heavy employee presentation, with a unique numbered patch that was made with flown thread from the first FH flight.

The certificate, which is 8.5" x 11", was issued exclusively to SpaceX employees to celebrate the Heavy's first flight. Each patch has a unique employee ID number on it, as you can see in the photo. These were never sold to the public by SpaceX and only given to employees. This one comes straight from a former SpaceX employee.
