The letter written by Sergey Zalyotin (Soyuz TMA-1/Soyuz TM-34) on-board ISS, during his flight as commander of Visiting Expedition 4 (ISS 5 timeline). The letter was sent to USA from Star City after his return. There is an error in one of the onboard postmarks showing the date — Oct 9, 2002 instead of Nov 9, 2002. The correct stamp is present nearby.

Interestingly that unlike most of the letters this one is personal to one of the dealers.
