I notice there are two of these available: Apollo Earth Orbit Chart, Apollo Mission 8. Sheet 3 of 3, Contains Revolution 3.In my opinion these specific items are wonderful things for Apollo 8 crew members to sign. They show the orbit tracks, and then they come to an abrupt end NE of Hawaii - when and where humans left Earth orbit for the first time. Borman signed one for me a few years ago at that spot. |

I agree, but I'm not a collector. I just happen to have these from when my father worked at Houston NASA. I remember my mom and dad packing me into the backseat to take him to work. Always with a bucket because I'd get car sick. I was preschool-aged. So I really don't have attached sentiment to them besides their historical value. |
