Many new items have been added to Farthest Reaches, but just today I have posted a number of replica vests hand signed by Gene Kranz that were made for him or presented for a variety of purposes. Also some MCC "golf shirts" made for Gene specifically (some worn and others not), his flight suit, a beautiful leather flight jacket and more. Next up are items coming from Scott Carpenter. There are 17 items to be exact and that's just for starters. Look for them sometime Monday evening. They include a number of worn t-shirts that Scott hand signed, as well as other items coming by way of his family from Scott's collection that are being added as this is being typed. In addition to the above, more items from NASA Flight Director Neil Hutchinson, some items from Richard Gordon and many autographs as well as some surprised are waiting in the wings to be added as my time permits, so keep your eyes on the site. In the meantime, some of the Kranz material is available for your review at this time. Thanks as always for your continued support... Steve Hankow |

Several more new items added including: - Apollo 7 flown New Jersey flag with letter of provenance from Wally Schirra
- Scott Carpenter worn and unworn T-Shirts (all hand signed)
- MCC "Eight Ball" - This unique item from Neil Hutchinson was used in the MCC for training Flight Controllers. Only one like it I've ever seen used by the MCC crew.
- Quite a number of autographed items added.
- and hundreds and hundreds of ultra cool items to numerous to mention
Thanks to all for your continued support... |

At this moment there are approximately 45 newly added badges and wallet cards added belonging to Scott Carpenter and Ed Gibson. In the spirit of the holidays, reasonable offers will be considered with the key word being "reasonable." This evening and every day for the next several days, a slew of other new items will be added (NOT badges, I need a break!). I invite you (no, encourage you) to keep checking back as I've got many amazing and rather unique "one of" items not easily found elsewhere available for direct sale. Yes you heard that right... direct sale! Can you believe that? A chance to make a purchase without having to go through the gauntlet of an auction! Sorry but I'm feeling a bit feisty today. No slur toward auctions, I love 'em but love direct sales even more (my unbiased opinion, he says smiling). Thanks to all for your continued support! |

Would anyone be interested in a Wernher von Braun signature (in blue ballpoint) on his actual AOPA (Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association) wallet size membership card issued May 1973 ? Unquestionably authentic signature on a very personal item. Photo available upon request. Priced at $525. | |
