I believe that this seller is Peckmax on eBay. I bought this LM model on eBay on May 9, 2013.This seller has a history of selling but not delivering items. See his eBay feedback. The seller lied in an email dated May 10, 2013 "Already shipped... will forward the tracking # tomorrow." I refused to cancel the eBay sale and buy off eBay by paying directly to the seller's PayPal account. See his email below: I see you paid right away... because I received negative feedback, it puts a 21 day hold on the payment when you go through eBay checkout. I will not ship until the payment clears. If you want, I can refund the payment and you can send it directly to my PayPal account in which case I will ship tomorrow. Please just let me know. The seller later cancelled the sale claiming that the base of the item was broken. You take your chances with this seller. |

Contacted the moderator to have the slanderous post above removed. I looked at the link provided and can forward photos to show this is not the same model. |

Neil Quinn (brevard and eecom on cS) and yes, peckmax on eBay, is not a reliable seller and yes, he too is oftentimes less than honest. I know this from direct dealings with him and from others who have dealt with him. His eBay feedback too speaks for itself. |

Thank you David and George for your diligence in this matter. Neil's accounts have been suspended.At my request, Neil e-mailed me photos of the model he was looking to sell as proof it was different from the one on eBay. What he sent provided the evidence that they are one and the same. |
