I have for sale an 10" by 8" litho signed by Neil Armstrong. It is a choice item in mint condition and shows Neil in his space suit. Offers in region of £4500.

Do you mean $4,500?

£4,500 is $7,253 which would be about 60% higher than the highest prices usually fetched by perfect Armstrong SPs at auction.
