If anyone can provide one or more scans, please send to nigelsnell@googlemail.com. I've searched the net with no luck, so I would be most grateful.

However, I would ideally like to have the names at the bottom, as on the lithos, so at this stage I would still be interested in scans of the original lithos to nigelsnell@googlemail.com. Thanks.
