I don't know of any portraits of McDivitt in a blue jumpsuit or flight suit. There is a portrait of him in his blue military uniform from 1968 (seen at the Astronaut Portrait Guide). Is that what you're referring to?

I have seen B&W photos of McDivitt in flight suits from his test pilot days... but I suspect that's not what you're asking for.
