Host Bertalan Farkas welcomes everyone to the 33rd Planetary Congress, expressing his happiness to finally be able to gather together in person here in Budapest!

Starting from 26 members in 1985, ASE now has over 400 members. The 33rd Planetary Congress is now open!

Earlier this morning, all the ASE members in attendance at ASE 33 took a group photo out at the Fisherman's Bastion!

Bertalan Farkas gave opening remarks at today's tree planting ceremony at Városliget Park to honor all astronauts who have passed.

ASE International Executive Committee President Oleg Kotov also gave remarks at today's tree planting at Városliget Park: "While we remember, we are still moving forward."

The unveiling of the plaque at Városliget Park by ASE 33 host Bertalan Farkas and ASE International Executive Committee President Oleg Kotov: "To the astronauts resting among stars."
