Space Exploration: Then and Now Tuesday, December 2 - 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. John Fitzgerald Kennedy Library, Boston, MADr. Mae Jemison, the first African American woman in space, and Harrison (Jack) Schmitt, astronaut of Apollo 17, will lead a discussion of the United States’ efforts in space exploration from the Kennedy years to the present.
