The 19th Annual Air & Space Gala will be held at the Cradle of Aviation Museum in Garden City, New York on Thursday, Oct. 27, 2022.
The gala serves to provide much-needed support for the expansion of the museum’s historical preservation efforts and many education programs. These programs include our STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) programs at the middle and high school levels and our STEM partnerships with elementary schools throughout the area. The Gala serves as an opportunity to honor the historical events and the accomplishments of leaders in the aerospace community.

This year we are commemorating the 50th anniversary of the final Apollo missions with guests Charlie Duke, Apollo 16, Fred Haise, Apollo 13, Walter Cunningham, Apollo 7, Gerry Griffin, Flight Director, Apollo 13, Holly Ridings, DPM, Gateway NASA JSC, and other invited guests to be announced.

We are pleased to honor David Neeleman, Founder of JetBlue Airways, Founder and Chairman of Azul Brazilian Airlines, and Founder, Chairman and CEO, Breeze Airways with the Aviation Leadership Award.

Through your support, you can play a major role in helping the Cradle to continue to be a major educational center for STEM here on Long Island and help us to inspire the next generation of engineers, scientists, pilots, and astronauts.

I unfortunately can't attend due to a work trip. I will offer my $300 ticket to anyone for $250. I confirmed the transfer with the museum.

All times are CT (US)
