Anybody knows more about this "A Decade of Achievement" cover (as seen here)?

It was mainly a production by Cape Kennedy Medals (CKM) in 1971 for the new first day issue of the twin 8-cent Apollo 15 postage stamps. I believe at least 5K of the cachet covers were printed by Brevard Printing Company in Cocoa, FL.

Thank you very much, Ken. By volume (cca. 5K), would it be considered scarce or rare? CKM produced patches as well. Was the company officially affiliated with NASA?

An issuance of some 5,000 would not make it particularly scarce and unfortunately demand was not high for this cover. The design suffers somewhat because the cachet is a bit too large and encroaches upon the postmark zone.

Think that rather productive Florida outfit, Cape Kennedy Medals, was not affiliated with the nearby Kennedy Space Center in particular or NASA in general. Ken will know for sure and be able to verify that one way or another.
