What stood out was the colours, red and green on a white background instead of the usual colours. Does anyone have any info on such covers.
regards Ross.

Why is this auction listed under eBay Australia if the item is located in the United States?

eBay cross publishes auctions worldwide. Here is the same auction with the U.S. URL.

Note that these "crew covers" used the Beck design but were NOT printed by Beck but by someone else.
So should these really be considered "Beck covers"?
Based on other cachet makers who have used other cachet makers designs the answer would be no. For example, George Goldey used the RSC by Carl Swanson and produced it as a printed cachet but these covers are considered to be Goldcraft covers not Swanson covers.

The following website may be useful in this discussion of Beck Cachets: http://beck.ormurray.com/

On the web site listed by Astro Bill it shows a similar "crew cover" for Gemini 12 which also sold on eBay. The description for that cover refers to a similar situation for Gemini 8 where someone other than Beck printed his design on covers postmarked for that recovery.
