Our system administrators have confirmed that we are experiencing a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack against the cluster of servers where collectSPACE is hosted. DDoS attacks work by flooding networks with automated, empty requests designed to prevent legitimate traffic from getting through. Our admin team is working closely with our networking team to mitigate the impact of the attack and, so far, have kept the effects under control.

You may however, experience times at which the site loads slower than normal until all services are restored.
