Other than the official 1129th Special Activities Squadron patch (worn by personnel deployed in Operation Black Shield to Kadena, Okinawa), all others were "unofficial" and available in limited numbers. The "Cygnus" patch, the name given to the A-12 in testing, has been reproduced in different styles of lettering.
