Question for the patch specialists:

This Dawn patch offered by the JPL Store looks like a 'printed' patch. Any ideas on the quality of these prints?

What do you mean with "quality"?

I do own a STS-1 print patch showing the launch of STS-1. It's kind of a "platic patch" with an embroidered border. The quality depends on the print itself and on the material where the picture is printed on.

Concerning collecting patches I prefer the embroidered patches.
