I was finally able to set up my exhibit and it was well received. I'm going to be making the next version along with a smaller display for places like libraries, schools, etc.

A 3D walkthrough online version is here. Click on the 3D icon to start an autotour. You can navigate the space and minimize the list of items.

Some of the models will be put on eBay like the Wright Flyer and full scale Explorer 1. but if someone here is interested let me know.

I hope members here like it. My concept was to show the design methodology used to create American powered aerospace from the Wrights to current designers like Musk.

Next to each item is a QR code, they were numbered so you could do a self guided tour. the QR codes work online as well if you scan them with your phone.

We had school groups visit and at the end we would have a paper airplane build and fly and that was always fun. It was a simple way to teach craftsmanship, getting that first fold perfect.

I was always surprised how many never made a paper airplane. In a short time though all the kids helped each other and the designs were quickly improved and flown.

This exhibit was the prototype for next version. I was able to see what worked and what didn't, as such, everything you see is for sale from the graphics to the models.

I'd like them to go to a member first. The Explorer 1 is really nice, very accurate, all metal and phenolic. It's on eBay but for a member I'd take less.
