I'm working on an Apollo A7L spacesuit reproduction, and I'm now focusing on the Remote Control Unit (RCU).

On the side, there is the Oxygen Purge System (OPS) actuator bracket, that I'm trying to reproduce, but so far, working with pictures only, I still miss key informations like the dimensions. In order to have it reproduced as faithfully as possible, I'm looking for a diagram showing all the sub-elements (bracket, lever...), with dimensions... Thanks for any help!

Are you doing the A7L or the A7LB? I have the ILC illustrated parts breakdown for the latter, which shows pieces in detail, but lacks dimensions.

I'm doing the A7L.

I had the OPS actuator modeled in 3D, based on the only pictures I had, found on the internet. I plan to have it 3D printed. Here is what the model looks like:

That is a very good looking model of the OPS actuator lever.

I have an RCU attachment strap end fitting which we can measure, and using some photos I have that show both the OPS lever together with the RCU attachment strap fitting we can scale the measurements for the OPS actuator lever. E-mail me if you are interested.
