Looking for some detailed info on the J-2 engine; particularly around the electrical control and instrumentation systems (e.g., Electrical Control Package, Primary and Auxiliary Instrumentation Packages, etc.).I have the Saturn IB and Saturn V "Flight Manuals", but looking for a bit more depth. Something along the lines of the "F-1 Engine Familiarization Training Manual" that Rocketdyne put out for the F-1. Greatly appreciate any suggestions. |

Just wanted to get out a word of thanks to Mike at Heroic Relics (Heroicrelics.org). Mike read my post above, and was able to provide me with precisely the info I required on the J-2 engine sequence controller - out of one of the documents in his vast archive. He even graciously made available scans of the entire document. Thanks so much for coming through on this obscure hardware request. And thanks also to Robert and cS for having available a means whereby we can communicate within the space hardware community. | |
