I need to name some flown CM/103 material for certificate of authenticity for Jerry Czubinski.

I call it Thermal Foil Strapping; It is 1" strip of woven fiberglass bonded with an ATV like silicone or rubber substance. I have 2 pieces with RTV 560 adhered foil (see photos). If anybody can help us with a proper name, we would sure appreciate it.
